ABOUT
OUR PRACTICE
We are a mobile veterinary practice based in Goshen, New York. We emphasize continuity of care and more individualized care for your pets by combining Western medicine with Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine. Performing treatments in the comfort of your home or at your own barn reduces the stress to your animal and allows for better healing.
Dr. Ashleigh Davis-Bergsohn (we just call her Dr. Davis) was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. After completing her undergraduate degree at Cornell University in 2008, she spent a year researching in the lab of Dr. Alan Nixon, an equine orthopedic surgeon at Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Davis received her DVM from University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2013 and continued to pursue her passion for equine medicine and surgery as an intern at Reid and Associates in Wellington, FL.
After her intern year, she married and moved with her husband and their 3 cats to New Jersey where she worked as an equine ambulatory practitioner. For the past 3 years, she has been the Supervising Veterinarian at Monticello Raceway.
Dr. Davis has been interested in alternative therapies since veterinary school and had the opportunity to attend the Chi Institute in Florida in 2018 and become a CVA (Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist) in 2020. She is excited to be able to provide the best whole body treatment for your pet.
PAYMENT: We accept Cash, Checks and Credit Cards. All Credit Card payments will be subject to a 5% processing fee.
